By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the w222 platform (available at w222.biz and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the w222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. w222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and w222 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). w222 operates the Platform and is responsible for the products and services offered through it.

Use of the w222 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

w222 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of withdrawals and, where the account is found to be underage, immediate closure with forfeiture of any promotional funds. Verified deposits will be returned to the original payment method.

To access real-money products on the Platform, you must register a w222 account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one w222 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether registered under the same name, identity document, or payment method, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. w222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Verification (KYC): w222 may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, address, and/or source of funds. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Accounts may be restricted pending completion of verification.
• Accurate information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a ground for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

All financial transactions on the w222 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w222 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

• Deposits are credited to your w222 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. w222 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to w222's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. w222 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal.
• w222 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by the player without prior communication with w222 support are treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

All bets placed and games played on the w222 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. w222 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by pricing errors.
• In-play bets may be subject to delay before acceptance. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event will be voided.
• For casino games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each title is determined by the game provider. RTP figures are applied over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual session.
• w222 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close accounts that demonstrate patterns of play that exploit errors, engage in matched betting against platform interests, or circumvent promotional terms.

• Registration or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 18.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players, including agreements to fix outcomes, share account access, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit platform mechanics.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through or facilitated by the w222 Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any conduct that w222 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

All content on the w222 Platform — including but not limited to the w222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content provided by third-party studios — is the intellectual property of w222 or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, or modification of Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w222 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or other infrastructure outside w222's direct control.
• Any loss suffered as a result of your gambling or gaming decisions, including losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate safeguards on your own device and internet connection.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus balances) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to w222's jurisdiction of operation. By using the Platform you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
